The FlorVino plan

What is coming

What goes out, and when.

Six

What goes out, and when

Three posts a week. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. The days never move, so nobody has to decide anything. Two of the three are short video.

Every post is one of four things, and if an idea does not fit one of them it does not run.

The RevealSomeone's face the first time they taste it. Filmed on a phone, no polish. This is what people forward to a friend.
The FlowerWhich flower, where it grows, what it does in the glass, and what it has won. This is what stops it reading as a gimmick.
The RoomWhere you are, when you are open, what a tasting costs, and how to find the door past the construction.
The HandThe making. You, the nectar, the petals, the bottling in Comfort. A nearly forgotten craft, revived.
September
The Reveal Establish what this is, using other people's faces rather than our own voice, then prove it with the medals. Downtown is convention heavy this month, which means adults with a free evening and no plan.
October to mid November
The Six One wine a week, in order, each with its own story and its own medal. Six weeks of the same rhythm is what turns six product names into six wines people remember and ask for.
Mid November to New Year
The Season Be the obvious stop on the busiest nights of the year. The holiday parade on November 27, the Alamo Bowl on December 29 with roughly forty five thousand visitors in town, and New Year's Eve downtown.

Fifty one posts are already written out by date, each with the layout to use and one line of direction. Your designer builds eight templates once at the start, and after that every post is swapping a photo and a headline.

The work calendar

Everything between us in one place: what is going out, when we meet, and the dates a decision is due. Work only, and it updates itself.

Nothing scheduled in the next six weeks.
